Spent a good chunk of my day wondering when I lost my way with Wicca. Not that I am so lost that nothing makes sense, just that why did I not take time over the years to work on the inner me by using magical training. Thought about it some more and the question came up. "What is the Wiccan path for you?"
....... (Lots of silence on my part here)...........
After noticing the books on Wicca were still here and that Christian/Wiccan path didn't fit right like it once did. It feels like a blanket that has become too small. As I looked at the books and things, a thought occurred. You left them on the shelf for the same reason as the blanket that doesn't fit. At the time when the books were bought, my thoughts were on changing just not on the how.
So, now as some of the day has passed and listening to a perfect circle. They say when you are not looking for something it finds you. This time the path found me for those same books about Wicca are from the p.o.v of a person who would be spellcasting and working with lower/ higher magik. At the time this was great, yet as time passed there were more terms and ideas that didn't fit with what I was doing at the time.
As for the path it is the basic part of Correllian Wicca which is the understanding that all things flow from the Deity and we see multiple views of that Deity. This is one step in the path before the rest of the way. I know there is some discord about the Correllian tradition, yet the great part to finding your path is lighting the way with what you learn.
